Math:
We are continuing to work on geometry this week. Please continue to work on multiplication and division facts this will make the math that we are continuing to be easier.
Composition:
The next three weeks we will be working on making a fused outline. They will make two KWOs for two different stories and then combine the two to make one fused KWO. They will write their paper from the fused KWO.
We will still follow the same format:

Tuesday-oral retell, RD, parents proofread, review vocab

Reading
We are continuing "Little Pilgrim's Progress" this week. We will read this book through the end of the year. The project for this book is "Who Am I" Write a series of clues to help your peers identify the person that you have been assigned/chosen. Begin with vague but relative clues and move toward more specific clues that will (hopefully) reveal his/her identity. You must have at least 5 clues foe each person, but you may have more, if needed. Complete 3 sets of these “Who Am I?” clues. I will give you two assigned characters and you will pick the third one. There are many characters throughout the book take your time in picking who you want your character to be.
History:
We will be learning 12 key dates during the year. We will be leaning 4 dates a quarter. At the end of the quarter there will be a quiz. The quiz will be accumulative as the year progresses. The dates are listed in the campus binder under the science and history tab.

Please spend time during your school day to work on quarter 4 poem, Song of the Settlers , geography map & song, British Isles, and key dates. Feel free to get creative and practice these in the car, at bedtime, or during meals.
