Please
continue to review all math facts. Addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division. This can be accomplished with flash
cards, math apps, or math games.
Composition:
This
week we will be taking a break from the IEW book. We will be writing the rough draft and final draft from the KWO about the artist the student has chosen to study. We
will be working on the history project in IEW this week. Please
still be studying vocabulary, there is a vocab quiz Wednesday.
Continue to practice proper
formation of cursive letters at home. Writing on notebook paper, rather than
handwriting paper is new for some students this year. Please help your student
with this transition.
Science:
The answers to the quiz can be found in the teacher's guide pg 84 & 88. Continue to practice the "Periodic Table" poem.
