Historical Dress-Up Day:
Costumes must be in the theme of our historic studies this year, which will cover The Holy Roman Empire (1550) through the World of the Forty-Nine(1850). Guidelines: No weapons, no gore, nothing scary, students need to be able to move and sit properly and use the restroom on their own. Have fun thinking of ideas.
Math:
We are moving quickly through the reviews of multiplication families of 1-5. We will be starting long division very soon. It will be easier if they know their multiplication facts. This is a very complicated process with many steps.
IEW:
We are on week paper two of "The Little Dutch Boy" this week. We will finish the RD on Monday and start the FD on Tuesday. Please do not work ahead.
