It is hard to believe that the first semester is over.  I have loved getting to know each and every one of the kids.  They are such a joy to teach.  I pray that each of you have a wonderful time off.

Math:

Please continue to review all math facts. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  This can be accomplished with flash cards, math apps, or math games.

Reading:

Between now and Christmas we will have a classical read of your choice,  This book will need to be a classical book and an appropriate reading level for your child.  Here is a link from the Fortis Website of classical books.  They will be turning in a reading narration options every Monday over what they read the previous week.

  

Memory:

Please spend time during your school day to work on our school wide scripture, quarter 2 poem, geography map & song, history timeline song, key dates, and States of Matter poem. Feel free to get creative and practice these in the car, at bedtime, or during meals.
